ENERTIA – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Enertia. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our products and services in Pakistan. By purchasing, using, or interacting with our appliances or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Enertia is a registered entity operating under the law of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, providing home appliances and related services/products.

2. Product Use

All Enertia products are intended for domestic/commercial use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unauthorized commercial or hazardous use will void the warranty.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

4. Warranty and Repairs

Please refer to our Warranty Policy for complete details.

Enertia products come with limited warranties covering Electronics and Components.
Products with Stainless-Steel Tanks come with a 10-year limited warranty covering leakage, rupture, and manufacturing damage.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, electrical faults, or unauthorized repairs.
Repair services must be performed by authorized technicians.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Warranty Policy for complete details.

All sales are final and may not be returned.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Exchanges are at Enertia’s discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Pakistani law, Enertia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or malfunction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and product designs are the property of Enertia and may not be used without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved by courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use.

10. Modifications

Enertia reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
