• What makes the Enertia Hydration System Unique?

  The Enertia Hydration System offers four water options: hot, cold, room temperature, and carbonated. Our proprietary carbonation system uses a 0.6L user-replaceable CO₂ cylinder connected to a mixer tank located within the cooling tank. This design chills the CO₂ gas before mixing it with cold water, delivering refreshing sparkling water on demand. As you dispense carbonated water, the system automatically refills and repressurizes, ensuring a continuous supply.

• What kind of filtration and purification system does the dispenser use?

  The Enertia Hydration System features a multi-stage RO filtration system that removes up to 95–99% of dissolved solids, heavy metals, and impurities, along with UV disinfection to eliminate bacteria and viruses. This ensures you receive exceptionally pure and safe drinking water every time.

• Is the Enertia Hydration System energy-efficient and safe?

  Yes. The dispenser uses energy-efficient components to minimize power consumption without compromising performance. For safety, it includes a child safety lock on the hot water spout to help prevent accidental burns, especially in households with young children.

• Can I use the dispenser without connecting it to a water line?

  The Enertia Hydration System is designed for maximum flexibility. It supports standard 19-litre water bottles for standalone use. You also have the option to connect it directly to a water line.

• What is the tank capacity, and how does it compare to others?

  The dispenser boasts an industry-leading 4.5-litre water tank, making it ideal for households or small offices. This larger capacity reduces the frequency of refills compared to standard models.

• Is the CO₂ used in the dispenser safe to consume?

  Absolutely. The Enertia Hydration System uses food-grade CO₂, the same standard used in beverage carbonation worldwide. It is certified safe for human consumption.
