• What does AirSense remove from the air?

  It removes PM2.5/PM10, allergens, VOCs, odors, bacteria, viruses, dust, pollen, pet dander, and smoke — offering 99.97% efficiency at 0.1–0.3 microns.

• How big of a room can AirSense cover?

  AirSense comes in two CADR options: 300 CADR covers bedrooms/offices up to 270–430 sqft, and 600 CADR covers living rooms/open plans from 430–800 sqft.

• How does humidification benefit health?

  Balanced humidity (30–60% RH) helps keep your airways moist and makes breathing easier. It can also reduce dry throat, nasal irritation, and allergy symptoms caused by dry air.

• Is it good for skin?

  Yes. Proper air moisture helps prevent skin dryness, itchiness, and flakiness, keeping your skin hydrated and comfortable indoors.

• How often do I need to replace the filters?

  Filters typically need replacement every 12-months (subject to Air quality rating) under normal use.

• Does AirSense produce ozone?

  No. The ionizer (if used) includes ozone-off safety and a 100% ozone-free design, ensuring completely safe operation.

• Is it energy efficient?

  Yes. AirSense has a low power draw (~15–30W) and features Auto and Eco modes for optimal energy savings.

• Is AirSense noisy?

  Not at all. It operates at less than 20 dB in Low Mode, which is quieter than a whisper.

• Can I run AirSense 24/7?

  Yes. AirSense is designed for continuous safe operation with minimal energy consumption.

• Can AirSense help with asthma or allergies?

  Yes. It’s specifically designed for allergen, pollen, and dust removal to support respiratory comfort.

• Does it adjust automatically to air quality?

  Yes. The Auto Mode automatically adjusts fan speed based on AQI, VOC, and humidity sensor readings.

• How do I know if the air quality is improving?

  AirSense displays real-time AQI data using both numeric values and a color ring indicator, showing instant air quality feedback.

• Is there a mobile app or smart connectivity?

  Yes. AirSense includes Wi-Fi and app control for scheduling, filter/tank alerts, and viewing AQI/humidity trends. (Coming soon)
